The YogaWorks comprehensive program blends yoga traditions from East and West, integrating both into a practical and unique method that combines Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on alignment and skillful sequencing. We complement this essential framework of asana with in-depth study of anatomy, and the Yoga Sutras as well as units on the subtle body, Ayurveda and yoga for Pregnancy.
