The sanskrit word yoga has many meanings, and is derived from the sanskrit root “yuj,” meaning “to control,” “to yoke” or “to unite.”

About Yoga

The benefits of yoga are determined by our dedication to practice and our expectations. Many people are attracted to yoga practice initially for the physical benefits, which are innumerable, but realize over time that yoga has improved their lives. For those of you seeking exercise or stress relief, there is nothing better than yoga.

Our professional, well-trained, and dedicated teachers try to ensure that each class at Pulse provides a complete workout that strengthens and tones the body while also improving posture, relieving back pain, and providing a sense of calm and well-being. Yoga is an excellent complement to other exercise routines, or even as part of an injury rehabilitation program.
